My name is Randy Shelly. I am a former model turned actor from Dallas, Texas. I was born in 1994 and I caught the acting bug ten years later in 2004 after I took a trip to Montreal and New York for modeling. I signed to the Abrams Artists Agency, and shortly thereafter, flew to Los Angeles for pilot season. As a result, I enjoyed roles on various television series and films: Beowulf (directed by Robert Zemeckis), Agent X (2015), In Extremis (2015), Wuthering High School (2015), Oliver’s Ghost, Kid Racer (2010), Settled At Sunrise (2009), and others (visit my IMDB page for further credits).
I am an avid lover of the outdoors and I am super passionate about fishing, hunting, boating, water skiing, scuba diving, disc golf, and several other outdoor activities on my list to explore. Other than being on set, being out on the water is probably my favorite place to be. It has a sense of peace and serenity that coaxes a soul at ease. It’s a place where the mind can enter a sort of reverie and find that oneness with nature and your inner self. Being that the outdoors (especially out on the water) is where I can be found when I’m not acting, I have no time for the typical Hollywood distractions of mindless parties, alcohol binges, or drug induced trances. I’m not interested in any of that at all, as I prefer to remain straight edge and focused. I’d like to think I have a good head on my shoulders and I feel that helps me keep my mind clear as I prepare for future roles, and that’s exactly how I like it.
I am represented by Coast to Coast Talent, Kim Dawson Agency in Dallas, Ford Modeling in New York and managed by Sweeney Entertainment in Hollywood.
